Dear Customers and Client,

Over the past few weeks, we have been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak. Recently, the State of Wisconsin Department of Health sent their guidance about transmission, prevention, and reporting of the COVID-19 virus. Their response stated that cases of COVID-19 had been detected in Wisconsin. Individuals should remain vigilant by washing hands, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home when sick. Influenza and other respiratory viruses are prevalent in Wisconsin at this time of year. Their recommendation is to review and share our prevention policies with our customers. Additionally, they have declared the COVID-19 virus as a reportable communicable disease. Should the virus be detected at our facility, we will contact each customer and seek directive advice from the Wisconsin Department of Health and the West Allis Health Department.

In the meantime, here are the precautions we are taking:
● Continue following our Handbook guidelines for Illness & Communicable prevention and Disinfection & Sanitation.
● Monitor clients and customers for signs of communicable disease symptoms and follow our guidelines for exclusion from rides.
● Monitor our handwashing efforts while encouraging others, to ensure proper handwashing durations.
● Sanitize interior vehicle surfaces often.
● In addition to daily sanitization practices, we will be applying sanitizer at the end of the day in all vehicles and on top of all equipment and surfaces.
