Dr. Bobby Hamilton brings over 20 years of extensive experience in law enforcement and transportation management, a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and sociology, a master's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. As an immigrant from Jamaica, Bobby’s journey from criminal justice to entrepreneurship reflects his dedication to safety, security, and community service. His expertise in emergency management and strategic operations ensures that Air Jamaica Transit Corporation adheres to the highest safety and reliability standards.

 

Stephanie Hamilton complements this dynamic leadership team with her academic background in Human Resources. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice and a master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in HR management. Her role in overseeing the company’s operations and human resource strategies ensures that we maintain a customer-centric approach while fostering a supportive work environment. Her insights into organizational management and employee development contribute significantly to our services' smooth and efficient operation.
